In the emotional intelligence assessment, my friend gave me a lower score in terms of my emotion management skills. This means that I do not quite manage my emotions as well as I thought I do. This also indicates that I am a lot more transparent when it comes to showing my emotions. In my social ski lls, my friend gave me a higher score than what I gave myself. My high tolerance of ambiguity also indicates that I am cognitively complex and thus can be a better transmitter of information and more adaptive and flexible than those who are less cognitively complex. In terms of my Locus of Control score, it was able to closely capture my self-perception in this area, that is, my low score reflected the fact that I exhibit internal locus of control and tend to attribute the success or failure of my endeavors on my own actions. Having an internal locus of control, I tend to engage in activities that will improve the current situation. Personally, I work hard to develop my knowledge, skills and abilities.
